We are currently looking for new trainers in th UK—London & Manchester areas.

Smith System, the industry leader in fleet safety consulting for more than 50 years, is seeking instructor for part time position to train approximately 10 days/month. Prospective applicants should be confident, outgoing and comfortable giving stand-up presentations to large and small groups. Perfect opportunity for semi-retired individual. Prior teaching/training background a plus but not required. Looking for candidates in the London and Manchester areas. £180/day + expenses.

Job Description: Under broad supervision conducts training/educational programs and assesses learning performance outcomes for trainees. Performs a combination of the following duties according to departmental guidelines:

1. Part time position only. Requires travel and a flexible schedule with the ability to forecast non-available days 60 to 90 days in advance. Work hours are limited to approximately 1,200/year.
2. Facilitates on-site fleet training for Fortune 500® companies in both classroom and on-road environments.
3. Assignments are generally one to five days in length and may include weekends.
4. Reliable transportation with proof of valid insurance for travel to local assignments required.
5. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record for the past twelve months.
6. Prospective applicants must possess credit card and be willing to use it for reimbursable business travel when necessary.
7. Must be able to accommodate direct deposit payroll.
8. Internet access with e-mail address required.
9. Bilingual skills in French a plus
