How does the program work?
First, highly visible, durable decals are applied to all company vehicles. Then, through our exclusive 1-888-AM-I SAFE number, motorists contact our live call center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
These calls are reviewed and verified by a specialist to eliminate false reports. Once the report is verified, notification is then e-mailed to the client to access our web site for the complete information. The report will be faxed to clients who lack Internet access. Along with the report, supervisors will receive "collision countermeasures" to more effectively counsel drivers, reinforce previous training and suggest specific actions to improve driving habits in the future.
