Part Time Instructor

We are currently looking to hire new instructors in the following cities:

Assistant Scheduler / Full Time position


Responsible for accurately scheduling driver safety training classes by utilizing our instructor’s time in an efficient and profitable manner, while observing company procedures, guidelines and policies.

Responsible for obtaining complete and accurate training requirements, location details and financial information during the scheduling process while ensuring the integrity of our product is observed.

Within this process it is necessary to locate a qualified instructor for the requested training. This is determined by skill level, location, airfare costs and the instructors pre-existing schedule.

Enters data into scheduling system or other applications.

Maintain schedule integrity by ensuring pending (tentative)classes are properly managed.

Notify instructors regarding changes and confirmations.

Order materials required for each class type.

Reserve meeting space & training vehicles.

Maintain positive customer service at all times, referring unresolved issues to appropriate manager.



To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm

Demonstrated working knowledge of software/system/and standard office equipment.

Ability to work in a an office environment

Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications

High achievement in productivity.

Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.

This position requires high-level problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the highest ethical standards.



High School Diploma or equivalent

1-4 year administrative experience in an office environment preferred

Experience in a Scheduling environment preferred and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.


Part Time Bilingual Instructor (Spanish/English and French/English)

To support our growth in Spanish and French speaking markets, we are seeking US resident Part Time Instructors able to serve our customers in both Spanish/English and French/English. Public speaking skills, Flexible Schedule and Travel are required.
